This page explains how to delete your BhaoTaao account and data, what is deleted, and what is retained. The developer can be reached at shanajmal714@gmail.com.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open BhaoTaao and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email shanajmal714@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "BhaoTaao account deletion request." We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and authentication credentials).
- Your profile record (name and email).
- Your cart.
- The orders you placed.
- Any listings you posted as a seller.
- Any offer history from earlier versions of the app.
What data is retained
We do not keep personal data tied to your account after deletion, except where a short retention period is required by law. Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Other sellers' listings are not affected. Account deletion cannot be undone.
